In case you are not satisfied with the test results for a good reason, there is always the option to reset it within 14 days after the test is taken. To do so, choose the Assessment tab in your account and click the Reset button opposite the name of the student who needs to take the test again.
Should you need to reset the test after 14 days, please contact our support team at support@happynumbers.com or via live chat. We highly recommend to reset the test not more than once.
