How and when will we get access to the website after I submit a purchase order/payment?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your PO. Once it is processed, you or the person who requested the Quote will receive the onboarding email from your dedicated Customer Success Manager. You will be offered three rostering options: Clever, ClassLink, or Manual rostering (via the csv roster file).

If you paid online via happynumbers.com, the teachers’ accounts listed in the Quote will be automatically upgraded to Premium within 24 hours.

Support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager is available only with School and District licenses. To learn more about the differences between license types and what features are available, please visit this page.
