Adding New Teachers:
Click the "Add New Teachers +" button to access the rostering section. The process for adding new teachers is the same as the initial upload. However, the new CSV file should only contain information for teachers who are not already part of your Happy Numbers school team. Including existing teachers will cause errors during processing.
Removing a Teacher:
If you need to remove a teacher from your Happy Numbers school team, please contact our support team at cs@happynumbers.com.
Moving a Class:
To move a class from one teacher to another, please send an email to cs@happynumbers.com. Include the email addresses of both teachers involved in the class transfer. Our team is happy to assist you with this process.
