Student
Individual Learning Pathway
Availability: All license types
Description: The tasks are designed to promote students' independent learning by carefully guiding them through the curriculum. Immediate feedback and flexible scaffolding help them learn at their own pace: those who demonstrate mastery progress faster, and those who need more instruction receive it.
Human Voiceover
Availability: All license types
Description: Professionally recorded kid-friendly voiceover is automatic in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Grade 1. Natural human narration is available only in English for core reasons.
Daily Practice Time
Availability:
Basic Classroom: 15 minutes/day;
Other licenses: unlimited.
Description: The active learning time a student spends working on a platform each day.
Achievement certificates
Availability:
Advanced Classroom;
School license;
District license.
Description: Printable certificates to celebrate progress for each completed module.
Teacher
Student Roster
Availability:
Basic Classroom: 35 students maximum;
Advanced Classroom: 75 students maximum;
Other licenses: unlimited.
Description: The maximum number of students you can roster in one class.
Co-Teacher Access
Availability:
Advanced Classroom;
School license;
District license.
Description: Allows сo-teacher full access to the class with all the same functionality as the head teacher.
Printable Worksheets
Availability:
Advanced Classroom;

District license.
Description: Standards-aligned PK–K worksheets, available in English.
Intervention Insights
Availability:
Advanced Classroom;

District license.
Description: Highlights tasks where students struggled or are currently struggling, so teachers can provide extra practice.
Class Level Reports
Weekly Dashboard
Availability:
Basic Classroom: restricted;
Other licenses: unlimited.
Description: A display that shows weekly class progress, including attendance, time and task target completion, accuracy, and students who need extra support. The availability of the report sections depends on your license type, as shown below:
- Basic Classroom: Stuck Students Alert, Class List with Time and Task Targets, and Weekly Accuracy;
- Other license types: Stuck Students Alert, Class List with Time and Task Targets, Weekly Accuracy, Task Completion information.
Progress Report
Availability:
Advanced Classroom;

Description: A report that shows students progress through the curriculum from their starting point.
Administrator
School/District Level Reports
Activation Report
Availability:
School license;
District license.
Description: A report that shows teacher and student progress toward activation across all schools in a district to support successful onboarding. Provided on demand by the Customer Success Manager.
Usage Report
Availability:
School license;
District license.
Description: A report that shows how teachers and students use Happy Letters at the school or district level, with an emphasis on curriculum progress, breakdown by teachers, and time spent on the platform. Provided on demand by the Customer Success Manager.
Dedicated Customer Success Manager
Availability:
School license;
District license.
Description: A person who provides personalized support to ensure Happy Letters is implemented and used effectively.
