How do I clear Cache and Cookies?

If you're experiencing any of the following issues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve them:

• Login problems
• Blank or frozen pages
• Features not loading correctly
• Unexpected errors while using Happy Numbers

Note: Clearing cookies will sign you out of most websites, so you may need to sign in again afterward.

Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)

1. Open Google Chrome

4. Set the time range to "All time"

5. Make sure the following options are selected:

   - Cached images and files

   

6. Click 'Delete data'
7. Restart Chrome
8. Sign back in to Happy Numbers

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari

2. Click Safari → Settings, then select the Privacy tab

   

3. Click "Manage Website Data"
4. Click "Remove All to clear all website data"
5. Restart Safari and sign back in to Happy Numbers

Safari (iPhone & iPad)

1. Open Settings
2. Tap "Apps" and find Safari

3. Tap "Clear History and Website Data"

   

4. Choose the desired time range
5. Tap "Clear History" to confirm

Google Chrome (Android)

1. Open Google Chrome

2. Tap the More menu ( ⋮ )

   

3. Select "Delete browsing data"
4. Set the time range to "All time"

5. Select:

   - Cookies and site data

   - Cached images and files

6. Tap "Delete data"
7. Restart Chrome
8. Sign back in to Happy Numbers
