How can I change my email address?

If you would like to change the email address associated with your Happy Numbers account, please contact us at support@happynumbers.com or reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly.

To process your request effectively, please provide:

• Your current email address
• Your new email address

Please note that if another account has already been registered using your new email address, we will not be able to update the email address on your existing account.

If you are moving from one school or district to another, we recommend waiting until you receive your new school email address instead of changing your account to a personal email address (such as @gmail.com or another personal email provider).
