I use Happy Numbers through Clever Library, but I don't see my roster/the roster is incorrect.

This usually means your Clever Library account just needs to be re-synced with Happy Numbers.

To refresh your roster, follow these steps:

  • Sign out of your Happy Numbers account
  • Go to happynumbers.com
  • Click “I’m a Teacher” and enter your school email address
  • Click “Continue with Clever” when prompted, and you will be transferred to your Clever account
  • Look for the Happy Numbers Dino app

If your students still don't appear after completing these steps, please reach out to your Clever Administrator to double-check that a roster has been created for you.

Please note that when using Clever Library, class management options (such as splitting or combining classes, adding or removing students) are not available in Happy Numbers.

Any changes to your student roster must be made by your Clever Administrator. Once the updates are completed, you can sync the changes with Happy Numbers by launching the Dino app again.
