Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

What is Two-Factor Authentication?

An extra security step. When you sign up or sign in, you'll confirm with a 4-digit code we send to your email. Even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without this code.

Didn't get a code?

1. Check SPAM folder

Sometimes our emails end up in the wrong folder. Look for an email from team@happynumbers.com with the subject "Your verification code for Happy Numbers:".

2. Verify your email is correct

Check the email you entered.

If you made a typo, the code won't arrive. Go back and try again with the correct email.

3. Click "Resend code"

If you still don't see the code after checking SPAM, click the "Resend code" button on the verification screen. You'll have to wait 60 seconds before you can request another code. A new email should arrive within a few seconds.

💡 Still nothing? Wait a bit longer — sometimes email takes a few seconds to arrive. Also, make sure you're checking the right email inbox if you have multiple email accounts.

Code doesn't work?

  • Use only numbers (no spaces)
  • Copy from the latest email
  • Code expires after 20 minutes

Never share your code with anyone. We will never ask for it.

No, it's required. It protects your account and student data.

What if I lose my email?

Contact cs@happynumbers.com. We'll help you regain access after verifying you own the account.

Why did I get a code I didn't request?

Someone may have entered your email by accident. Just ignore it — your account won't be verified unless you enter the code.
