Clicking the "Download this .csv template" button will download a blank roster file to your device. You can use any preferred spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, to fill in the template with your teachers' information.

Here's an example of a completed file:

Teacher Roster File Guidelines

To ensure a smooth upload process, please follow these guidelines when completing the teacher roster template:

  • Complete all Columns:

Every column in the template is required. Leaving any cell blank will cause errors during upload.

  • One Teacher per Row:

Each row in the file should represent a single unique teacher. If you have a teacher with multiple classes, use โ€˜MGโ€™ (Multi-Grade) to insert them.

  • No Co-Teachers/Assistants:

Please do not include co-teachers or assistants in this file. They can create their own accounts and be added to classes after the initial rostering is complete.

  • Separate Files for New Teachers:

If you need to add new teachers later on, prepare a separate CSV file that only includes those new teachers. This will help streamline the processing of new accounts.
