Please allow 1β3 business days to process your PO. Once it is processed, you or the person who requested the quote will receive an onboarding email from your dedicated Customer Success Manager. For licenses purchased for the current school year, the onboarding email will be sent shortly after processing. For licenses purchased for the upcoming school year, your Customer Success Manager will reach out closer to the start of the term. You will be offered three rostering options: Clever, ClassLink, or manual rostering (via a CSV roster file).

If you paid online via happynumbers.com, the teachers' accounts listed in the quote will be upgraded to Premium within 24 hours for the current school year. If the license is purchased for the upcoming school year, access will be granted on August 1st.
